1. I want to learn about TGSI. Why do I have to login?
Members of the general public are invited to learn about TGSI through the public sections of our website. You should find all of the options on the grey menu bar enabled without needing a Guest ID. (Certain subsections of the About TGSI and the Code of Conduct pages are disabled to the general public; they will become available after login.) The general public may also visit our Success Stories. The remainder of the website buttons are disabled to the general public.

TGSI provides a spectrum of services to its clients, and some of those services are subscriptions to proprietary content and research that help our clients cultivate elevating business performance within their organizations. Guest IDs allow TGSI to provide our clients with permission-based access into various tiers of relevant content. Subject to our Conditions of Use, TGSI provides this content as a value-added service to many clients (and some other clients may pay subscription fees).

2. I've tried to login, but I keep landing back on the main login page. What's wrong?
The TGSI website does not use Cookies for reasons discussed in Question 4. However the website does use Session IDs as discussed in Question 5. If your internet browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, then please check your privacy settings (found under the menus for Tools/Internet Options/Privacy). If your privacy settings are placed at "Medium High" the your browser will accept the Session ID our system offers it, and with that Session ID, your browser's request for pages will be granted by our website. If your privacy settings are set at "High" or above, your browser will not only reject the Cookies other websites may try to place, but it will also reject the Session ID our website offers it, and without that your browser's request for pages within our site will be denied. If you find your Guest ID lands you back at the home page, please confirm you're entering it correctly, and adjust your settings to "Medium High" during the period you'd like to browse the TGSI website.

If you're still experiencing difficulty, please email our webmaster to notify us of the possible programming error.

3. Are the details I provide about myself in order to obtain a Guest ID kept private?
Yes.

TGSI cares about maintaining the privacy of your information. We will not sell any of the information you provide to us to outside parties. We will use the information provided to better know the demographics of those who are interested in our website so that we can continually develop relevant and useful information for our visitors. For more on privacy, please review our Code of Conduct and Conditions of Use.

4. What are "Cookies," and does your website use them?
Cookies are a technology whereby a small file is deposited on the hard drive of the visitor's computer. Such a file allows a website to remember you when you come back to give you a more convenient experience. Such a file also allows some companies to use that Cookie to recognize you as you move to other websites around the internet, and to profile that movement. TGSI wishes to respect privacy rights and so the TGSI Website does not use Cookies. Our website does issue Session IDs which last for the period of time you're logged in; please read the next question for more information of Session IDs.

5. What are "Session IDs," and does your website use them?
Session IDs are a technology whereby a small file is deposited on the hard drive of the visitor's computer. Such a file allows a website to identify which browsers have permission to access the proprietary content at our website.

When you login to our website, you can rest assured TGSI does not and will not share the Session IDs provided to your browser with any outside parties.

6. Some of your menu bar buttons don't work; to whom do I report that?
